Adopt sweet Renoir

Renoir nees to find a loving home and it is fairly urgent. He is the sweetest, most loving dog for a rescue. He must have been someone's house pet and he does well with children and other dogs. Can't imagine why anyone would give him up to that awful shelter in Arkansas! He is very very cute.
