Gentle Zach is a wonderful dog who was left alone in a small pen for long periods of time. His boredom drove him to distraction and he turned against himself. He developed the habit of chasing and biting his own tail. He was about to be "put down" in a shelter in Arkansas when we received a desperate plea for a rescue. He is here with Tara's Babies now in Maryland.

Zach is a very special and lovely dog who needs that very special person.... someone who would like to give him a caring home and lots of attention.

When Zach is walked frequently and is in the company of people and/or other dogs, he forgets his compulsive habit. Breaking that habit means helping him feel secure. Would you like to be the one to rescue this guy for life?
