Buddhist relief

If you are dismayed to see the military crackdown on Buddhist monks and nuns, and other protestors in Burma, if you want to show your solidarity with the Burmese people as they strive for freedom:

  • Write or call your Congressional representatives.
  • Donate money to support the Free Burma Campaign.
  • Sign petitions.
  • Contact media outlets in your area with letters to the editor and requests for coverage of this important issue.
  • Engage in peaceful protest at Burmese embassies and consulates. If you are organizing a protest or vigil in your area, please contact The Buddhist Relief.
