I kept hearing the saying "as you give you shall receive", but I had no idea how this worked, until someone shed some light in to my little brain.
The universe is one energy and therefore it reflects back exactly what you give it for there is no duality. It is only the ego that thinks we are separate. Therefore, when one gives, they are letting the universe know that they are not lacking and that is exactly what they get in return.

Dissolve the identification with the cares, concerns and dramas of life. Allow the light of consciousness to expand through you. Become that which you are: the radiance and the light of awareness learn to come into alignment with that which you are by opening the body mind and spirit through a unique combination of ancient practices including:
- Patanjali's yoga Sutras
- Bhagavad Gita
- Hatha Yoga
- Kundalini Yoga
Far eastern practices:
- Tai Chi
